This is the non-spicy version of the Chicken Pot sauces. Don't think this is not as good as the other two in the series. This sauce lets you cook one of the most famous traditional Chinese style chicken (Huang Wen style) Chicken! MUST TRY!
All you need for an enjoyable dinner is one full chicken, CARLY JACKSON Huang Wen Chicken Pot Sauce, ginger, green onion, and another preferable items.

Ingredients
- Sauce: vegetable oil, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, seafood paste, chu hou paste, sweet soya bean paste (water, salt, soya bean, wheat flour), salt, sugar, garlic, ginger, shallot, licorice, sesame, mushroom, chenpi (tangerine peel), orange peel, angelica dahurica, clove, amomum, fennel, rice wine, Shaoxing wine, flavor enhancer (E621)

+++Cooking Direction+++
- Open the ingredient pack and add water to soak the dried mushroom, wait around 3-5 minutes for preparation
- Put a small amount of oil and put in chicken pieces (one chicken) on medium heat, stir well
- Cook the chicken until golden brown
- Take out the mushroom from water and put in the pot to stir-fry evenly
- Open the sauce bag and put it in the pot, cook with medium heat and stir-fry evenly
- Add 1 - 1.5 bowl of water, stir until even and stew (cook with lid) for 3 -5 minutes
- Add your own favorite ingredients such as celery, potatoes, noodles, bean curds or bean curd sheets, etc. and stew it for several minutes more
